One founder. A team of AI agents.
I'm Sapir Dar. I build products that AI agents actually run, and I help organizations do the same.
About
17 years in the industry: from software development, through leading development groups at large enterprises and startups, in telecom, pharma and defense among others, to solutions architecture at AWS.
Today I work independently: building my own products, and advising leadership and engineering teams on their technology decisions: architecture, streamlining development processes, and bringing AI into production, from strategy to deployment.
What I bring to organizations comes from operating, not theorizing: AI systems that run in front of real customers, every day.
The case I know best
An AI nutrition coach that lives inside WhatsApp.
A product with hundreds of paying customers and no employees. Most of the daily operation is not run by me but by a team of agents: investigating the night's production incidents every morning, triaging support requests, cross-checking campaign data against actual sales, and auditing the quality of the conversations themselves.
I do not write the reports. I read them, decide, and approve. That is also what I teach.
Working with organizations
Advising leadership on technology decisions: architecture, streamlining development processes, and where AI will actually make a difference for you, versus where it will quietly cost you a year.
A session for a team, a leadership group, or a conference: what a business run by AI agents really looks like, what worked, what broke, and what it means for the way you work.
Hands-on work with your team: building a first agent that genuinely runs, setting its boundaries, and knowing when to trust it and when not to.
